Nick! What a bright guy. Bought my first SVS SB1000 pro sub. Enjoying it with KLH Kendall tower speakers and a vintage Marantz.

Oh, I like they way you think, actually you have good ideas, I am buying your new audio receiver, does it come in black too? Hehe, may be one day someone will steel your ideas and make it real. I was watching your video because I was looking for an answer and I think you might be able to answer it. I want to upgrade my home theater and I realized that I am not using our blue ray player anymore, all we do is streaming from our wireless internet to the tv. The tv streams and sends the sound thru a digital optical wire to the a/v receiver, but all my receiver is processing is the sound coming from my tv, I do not need video processing at all. So why not having just audio receiver (no video) with more power for each channels instead. All new tv's will process the video much better than the a/v receiver anyway, and there is new tv technology every 3 years. So is there such a think on the market as an audio only receiver/amplifier for 7.2 channels?

looking for shallow depth 5.1 to 7.1 home theatre receiver. Any help -- need something less than 10" which is actually hard to find -- found some Chinese brand Class D stuff but not sure

I want a small 5.1 for my bedroom and small crt gaming. Im not looking for ground shaking sounds. It just needs to upmix stereo like Dolby Surround and have all 5.1 codecs. The other thing is I want a 7.1.6 surround sound and do not need more than 100 watts per speaker.

£8 k + Buy a turntable and plonk it on a granite slab, no vibration or friction will flow through the tone arm. Total £800 squids. Unless you want to sleep with it go for the 8k gold digger 😂

These spkrs look really good, I mean really good! Too bad they weren't larger with a larger woofer though.

It would be interesting to see what Erin's Audio Corner makes of these speakers.

Very good review. Ive got Cornwall IVs amplified by tubes, and a pair of REL 212sx's, and your description of the strengths & limitations of the Forte IV hold equally true with my speakers.

What's up friend. After watching your video I decided to buy these speakers and paired them with an MF 2Msi: it is heaven for my budget: tight bass, clear mids and smooth highs. I enjoy my music in the man cave.

Thanks for this review . I agree with you about the gloss finish . It looks attractive initially but matt or satin finishes are more practical domestically. But good to hear these with a good valve / tube amp.

I have the fortes, I like them, but very different from the totems (totems are more 3-D sounding) that I have. They definitely have a vibe, and if would ever replace them, it would probably be with the bigger heritage speakers.

Amazing Technics

90% pulled my words from my mouth. The only thing about quality- it still has slight background noise (humming noise) when music goes near silent within a track. I've sent my first set to hifiman, they claimed earbuds are fine, yet eventually sent me a new pair just to make me a happy customer, and second pair still had a same. So I believe this is where Bluetooth itself has a lack, or in simple words- that's the limit of today's wireless earbuds. Besides that they are superior! It's my daily set for work, the only I don't forget recharge as I just put them on charging mat next ti my phone in end of a day (LOL) and yes, they are LOUD! Heck of a power for earbuds. Last thing, but not less important - compared to most IEMS (wired ones 99% of a time) they somewhat huge! Included eartips aren't best of a choice as you encountered yourself, but Clarion eartips from aliexpress sorted that right away. This video deserves BIG like button. As this is not just honest- but accurate review!! Good job and enjoy your tunes! :)

JBL makes an L100 but makes no 12" sub to accompany it instead offering a 10" L10cs sub. Makes a SA550/750 (rebadged Arcam SA30) but no sub-out to use their L10cs (or any other subs) on. They make the 4309 spkr w/6.5" mid but the 8" 4329p is powered. 🤷🏻

Jaw dropping!

Recently and I feel very lucky I obtained two pair .. of the Klipsch 4K model 3. New in the box grade A.. apparently they've been sitting hiding in a warehouse since 2017. Without anyone really knowing that they existed.. and I asked a certain retailer about them.. he scoured his inventory and voila. Receive them 2 weeks ago and are they wonderful. American Walnut with Lamb's wool coats.. all four speakers are in sequence.. and the price for the forte model 3 new in their boxes 8th grade.. was a genuine gift thank you so much..

I own Focal Bathys and they sound superb. I just ordered Dali iO 12 just to compare the sound quality. Being delivered on Monday so we'll see. It's either make or break for Focals
